American must continue to provide fares to Orbitz, Illinois judge says
The Illinois Appellate Court ruled Thursday that American Airlines must continue to provide its fares and schedules to Travelport and its online site, Orbitz.
The court affirmed the preliminary injunction and said that Travelport's contract with American allows Travelport agents to "fully utilize AA's content."
