Sabre and American reach temporary agreement in distribution battle
Sabre will continue to distribute American Airlines' airfares to travel agents as long as the two firms are battling it out in court.
The original distribution contract between American and Sabre was set to expire on August 31 and if it had not been extended, American's fares could have disappeared from Sabre's distribution system which is used by thousands of travel agents and some online travel sites.
