In January 2010, Pohler launched CircleToLand.com, a pilot-focused question and answer platform that allows aviators to communicate with one another and receive answers to their aviation-related questions.

He was the founder of Tune Air Sdn. Bhd. and later took over AirAsia in 2001 to make it a no-frills, low-cost airline based on the Southwest Airlines and Ryan Air business models.
Robert Esnault-Pelterie
16. july 2010 18:55 |Robert A. C. Esnault-Pelterie was born in Genevia November 8, 1881. Esnault-Pelterie became famous for its aircraft design and aeronautical and spaceflight theories. He studied Engineering at the University of Paris (Collège de Sorbonne). He has been credited for designing the aileron, now a standard in every aircraft, although Aerial Experiment Association in the United States has been credited for the same thing. Esnault-Pelterie made his first powered flight in 1907 in his Aerodrome Toussus-le-Noble, four years after the Wright Brothers. Esnault-Pelterie passed way in December, 1957.
