JetBlue Airways posted this video of its chief operating officer Rob Maruster apologizing to the carrier's customers after hundreds of passengers were stranded on six planes for several hours during the weekend snowstorm.

Delta Offers Some Legroom for a Fee
Let your poor knees rejoice: A bit more legroom is coming to Delta Air Lines’ domestic economy cabins next year. The airline will expand its “economy comfort” seating to its domestic fleet, installing three to five rows with an extra three inches of space, or seat pitch, for those people willing to pay for it. The extra room will cost an “introductory” $19-$99 per one-way flight for those who have already bought an economy ticket on Delta in a discounted fare class.
